Funko's blind-box "Mystery Pop" line has become one of the most fun ways to collect — and we've just opened pre-orders on three new Mystery Funko Pop releases. If you've never bought one before, here's what they are, what's coming, and how the odds actually work before you commit.
What Is a Mystery Funko Pop?
A Mystery Pop is a Funko figure sold in sealed, unmarked "blind box" packaging — you don't know which character you're getting until you open it. Each series has a set lineup of possible figures, usually with a listed assortment ratio (for example, a 1-in-6 chance per character), plus a much rarer "chase" variant hidden in the mix at odds like 1-in-72. It's the same thrill as a trading card pack: you know the pool of possibilities, but not what's in your specific box. Duplicates can happen, and specific characters or chase variants can never be requested or guaranteed — that randomness is the whole point, and also why completing a full set is such a badge of honor among collectors.

One Piece Mystery Funko Pop! Blind Box
Set sail with the One Piece Mystery line. Each blind box contains one randomly selected figure plus a matching Pop! card, pulled from a lineup that includes Monkey D. Luffy, Brook, a glow-in-the-dark Brook, Perona, Ryuma, and Gecko Moria — each at a 1-in-6 ratio, with a 1-in-72 shot at the Mystery Chase. KPop Demon Hunters Mystery Funko Pop!
Riding the wave of KPop Demon Hunters' popularity, this mystery line hides one of six figures in every blind box: Jinu, Abby, Baby, Mystery, Romance, and Crying Demon, each at 1-in-6 odds, with a 1-in-72 chance at the Mystery Chase — and a shot, however small, at the ultra-rare 1-of-1 Worldwide Chase. Horror Mystery Funko Pop!
For horror fans, this one ships as part of a full Master Carton of 36 — six display trays of six blind-packaged Pops each, so retailers and collectors alike can chase the full lineup. The character breakdown hasn't been revealed yet, which only adds to the suspense, and select ultra-rare variants may be randomly inserted throughout the production run.
