Where do you currently ship?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada, for any questions please feel free to reach out
How do i track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or contact us at your earliest convenience.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process and ship orders within 5 to 8 business days with economy or 2–5 business days with standard. Shipping time depends on your location and selected method at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Can i cancel my order?
All sales of in-stock items are considered final after 24 hours. Should you need to cancel within this timeframe, you may be subject to a 10% fee. If the item has been shipped, you would need to cover the return shipping fee.
Can i request a restock of a sold out item or an item not listed?
Some items are limited edition and may not be restocked. If you see an item we do not have, You’re welcome to contact us or sign up for email updates for any restocks or future releases.
My item arrived damage, what should i do?
If your item was damaged in transit, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll do our best to make it right.
What is your return policy?
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
